ROSSIE— Kramer R. Weaver, 35, of Gouverneur, was charged May 22 with one count seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one count operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, State Police say.
Troopers report that Weaver was charged following an investigation in the town of Rossie.
Weaver was issued an appearance ticket.
David W. Butler, 39, of Hailseboro, was charged May 22 with one count seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, State Police say.
Troopers report that Butler was charged in connection with the same incident in the town of Rossie that led to charges for Weaver.
Butler was issued an appearance ticket.
