MADRID— An Ogdensburg man received two misdemeanor citations following a two-car crash in the town of Madrid.
Ricky J. Planty, 38, of Ogdensburg, was charged March 10 with one count second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one count motor vehicle violation, registration suspended, State Police say.
Planty was issued an appearance ticket.
Martin P. Johnson, 44, of Norfolk, was charged March 10 with one count criminal obstruction of breathing, State Police say.
