OSWEGATCHIE—Jerry A. Yerden, 38, of Ogdensburg, was charged April 27 with one count second-degree criminal contempt, State Police say.
Troopers report that Yerden was charged following an investigation in the town of Oswegatchie.
Yerden was transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility and was held on $1,000 cash bail.
