MASSENA — A Massena resident was charged with larceny following two recent theft complaints, according to state police.
Kasey E. Jones, 24, was charged with two counts of petit larceny following larceny complaints on Sept. 4 and Oct. 30, officers said.
Jones was issued tickets and released, police said.
