MASSENA — A Massena resident was charged with drug possession Nov. 21, according to state police.
Michael J. Tidmore, 44, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia at 6:14 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
