MASSENA -- The Massena American Legion will host a Memorial Day parade on The event will begin at 11 a.m., with the parade beginning at Sacred Heart Church, proceeding up Main Street to West Orvis Street and ending at Veteran Memorial Park on Andrews Street. A ceremony with a wreath laying is slated to be held in the park following the parade.
