LOUISVILLE — A Massena man was charged with violating an order of protection stemming from an incident Jan. 11, according to state police.
Brent A. Moscow, 54, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, officers said.
Troopers said they responded to Coles Creek Road for an order of protection violation and investigation determined Mossow was in violation of the stay away order of protection when he continued to contact the victim via phone call and messages.
Mossow was arraigned in Massenacourt and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $1,500 bail, officers said.
