MASSENA -- A Massena man has been charged with four felonies stemming from a domestic incident on Feb. 10.
According to Massena Police, Jeffrey P. Smoke Jr., 42, was charged with strangulation 2nd (D Felony), assault 2nd: intent to cause injury with a weapon (D Felony), criminal mischief 3rd: property value greater than $250 (E Felony), aggravated family offense (E felony), unlawful imprisonment (A Misdemeanor), menacing 3rd (B Misdemeanor) and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon 4th; intent to use (A Misdemeanor).
Police say Smoke was arraigned in town of Massena Court and remanded to the custody of St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
