LOUISVILLE — A Massena man was charged Tuesday following an order of protection Jan. 11, according to state police.
Brent A. Moscow, 54, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, felony, and second-degree aggravated harassment at 9:18 a.m., police said.
His arrest status was not made public.
