LOUISVILLE — Massena and Hogansburg residents were charged with drug possession early this morning, according to state police.
Lisa J. Gonzalez, 60, Massena, was cited for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
Robert M. Edwards, 46, Hogansburg, was cited for four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
Both subjects were cited at 12:45 a.m. and released on appearance tickets, police said.
