CLARE — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated May 16 following a motor vehicle accident on CR 27, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Michael A. Basler, 22, Oneonta, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, felony, deputies said.
His blood-alcohol content was allegedly .18%.
Basler was cited and released, officers said.
