POTSDAM—Art works from student artists from 11 local school districts will be on display at SUNY Potsdam’s Gibson Gallery through Friday, June 13.
The St. Lawrence County Regional High School Art Show includes more than 90 artworks by students from participating districts, including Canton, Clifton-Fine, Colton-Pierrepont, Gouverneur, Heuvelton, Lisbon, Massena, Norwood-Norfolk, Ogdensburg Free Academy, Parishville-Hopkinton and Potsdam high schools
The juror for this show is SUNY Potsdam alumna Roxanne Locy '81, a long-time educator and career artist, who spent 30 years teaching at the secondary level and five years at the college level.
The gallery hours are Monday through Friday, from 3 to 6 p.m. Admission to the Gibson Gallery, located at Brainerd Hall, is free, and the exhibition space is handicapped-accessible.
