It was a weekend to remember for Gretchen Braun of Lisbon, as she delivered an epic performance at the 2025 Region 1 Short Course Invitational, held Feb. 17-19 in Schenectady. Representing Northern TRIBS Swimming, Braun shattered five records and also claimed the prestigious Female High-Point Award after three days of intense competition. See story here.
