OGDENSBURG -- The Elbows Up for Canada International Rally Day will be Saturday, July 5 from 1-3 p.m. at City Hall, 330 Ford St. North Country Neighbors for Civic Engagement and North Country NY Indivisible are organizing the event that they hope will be a peaceful, purposeful celebration of the long-standing shared friendship between the United States and Canada. There will be speeches, then walk or drive to Morissette Park to wave to Canadian friends on the Prescott Heritage Trail in front of Fort Wellington.
