MEDINA/GOUVERNEUR – Howard C. Dennee, II “Bud”, age 59, of Medina and formerly of Gouverneur, passed away on August 29, 2025 at Sitrin Health Care Center in Utica.
At his request, there will be no formal service. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Gouverneur VFW on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home in Gouverneur.
