POTSDAM — Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley will host a series of monthly workshops called Exploring Spirituality.
The workshops will provide a space for learning and connection. The first thought-provoking session will feature lively discussion about Buddhist teachings, philosophy and meditation techniques.
