Hoop Shoot sharp shooter

Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club member Brooklyn Decker is heading to States for at the Elks Club Hoop Shoot March 1, after winning 1st place in the Regional round of the Elks Club Hoop Shoot in Cortland Feb. 2.
