MASSENA — A Hogansburg man was charged with felonies following a traffic stop Thursday morning, according to state police.
Johnny D. Square, 29, was charged with first-degree-aggravated unlicensed operation and felony DWI: Previous conviction in the last 10 years, officers said.
His arrest status was not made public.
