OSWEGATCHIE — A Heuvelton man is accused of driving while intoxicated with a child inside the vehicle, according to state police.
Jay W. Pike, 33, was charged with aggravated DWI, felony, at 6:55 p.m., police said.
He was issued a ticket and released, officers said.
