RUSSELL -- A Hermon man was jailed on drug charges stemming from a traffic stop July 2, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Logan M. Johns, 28, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, and third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, officers said.
Johns was arraigned by Judge Stevenson in Norfolk court and remanded to county jail, deputies said.
