CANTON— A Hermon man is facing a felony criminal mischief charge after he allegedly damaged a vehicle and broke its tail light June 17, according to State Police.
Richard L. Sharlow, 42, of Hermon, was charged Tuesday with one count third-degree criminal mischief (E felony), State Police say.
Troopers report that Sharlow was charged after he allegedly damaged a truck on Churchill Street in town of Canton, reportedly damaging its tail light and creating a dent in the back of the vehicle.
Sharlow was processed at the Canton State Police Station and was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Canton Town Court at a later date.
