Arrested at 9:25 AM for Petit Larceny. On October 24, 2024, at approximately 8:55 AM, the defendant entered Small Town Supply and stole merchandise consisting of a Dewalt 20 V Impact Drill worth $159.99 dollars. Defendant was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Gouverneur Court, Judge Stan Young, following a traffic stop. Defendant was arraigned in front of Judge Stan Young and released on his own recognizance with a Town of Gouverneur Court date.

Defendant was involved in a domestic on 12/11/2024 at 299 West Main Street where the defendant is accused of stealing the victim's phone and menacing the victim with verbal threats while the victim was protected from the defendant with a No Harassment Order of Protection. The defendant was arraigned at the Gouverneur town court and held on $2,500 cash bail.

On 12/13/2024 the defendant was involved in a property damage accident located on Grove Street. The defendant was found to be impaired while driving. The defendant was also found in possession of a white substance that field tested positive for fentanyl. The defendant entered 198 West Main Street by damaging the lock, the door and door casing with co-defendant totaling $756.29 in damages. The defendant was processed and arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court before Judge Stan Young. The defendant was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail/$5000 bond to await a return court date.

Arrested at 6:36 PM for Criminal Contempt 1st (felony), Exposure of a Person, and Menacing 3rd. Defendant went to 11 Johnstown Street Gouverneur when there was an active No Contact Order of Protection in place, protecting a party that lives at that residence. The defendant was also pulling his pants down showing people his buttocks while outside the residence. The defendant caused a victim at the residence to fear for her safety after acting in an aggressive manner. The defendant also was previously convicted of criminal contempt (violating an order of protection) in the last 5 years which caused this violation to be criminal contempt 1st (felony). The defendant was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court and held without bail defendant was transported to the St. Lawrence County jail.
