GOUVERNEUR— Madison R. McIntosh, 24, of Gouverneur, was issued uniform traffic tickets April 9 for unsafe backing and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that McIntosh was charged following investigation of a property damage accident on Snow Street, during which the subject allegedly hit a wheelbarrow with her vehicle and left the scene.
Tickets are returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Amber N. Roberts, 46, of Gouverneur, was charged April 10 for petit larceny, village police say.
Gouverneur Police report that Roberts was charged following investigation of a shoplifting complaint, during which she allegedly stole items with a total value of approximately $58.97 from Price Chopper.
Roberts was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Austin L. Bush, 31, of Massena, was arrested April 10 on a warrant stemming from an original charge of petit larceny, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Bush was arrested following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
Bush was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and was released on his own recognizance with a later court date.
Gregory R. Fifield, 38, of Gouverneur, was charged April 10 with one count third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and was issued uniform traffic tickets for unsafe start and reckless driving, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Fifield was charged following investigation of a vehicle and traffic incident on Snow Street, during which he was allegedly squealing his tires and almost hit a parked car.
Investigation also revealed that Fifield allegedly possessed only a non-driver New York State ID at the time of the charges.
Fifield was issued appearance tickets returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Martha J. Gladle, 52, of Gouverneur, was arrested April 14 on a warrant stemming from an original charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report assisting the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office with the arrest.
Gladle was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office by New York State Police.
Shayne D. Miller, 34, of Gouverneur, was charged April 18 with petit larceny, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Miller was charged following an alleged larceny at Small Town Supply, during which he reportedly stole a tool valued at approximately $31.99.
Miller was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and was held on other charges.
Miller was later remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility as he had allegedly violated the terms of his probation.
Brock E. Macaulay, 22, of Potsdam, was charged April 18 with one count each disorderly conduct, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and resisting arrest, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Macaulay was charged following investigation of an incident at Cambray Terrace, during which he allegedly damaged property and was yelling.
Macaulay is also alleged to have pulled away from officers while he was being taken into custody, resulting in the resisting charge.
Macaulay was issued appearance tickets returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Paul J. Smith, 50, of Gouverneur, was arrested April 21 on a warrant for failure to appear, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Smith was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Young and was remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
Annmarie M. Doyle-Pray, 34, of Gouverneur, was charged April 22 with one count disorderly conduct, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Doyle-Pray was charged following investigation of an incident on Spencer Street, during which she was allegedly screaming and charging local residents.
Doyle-Pray was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
William J. Bell, 26, of Gouverneur, was issued an appearance ticket April 23 for depositing refuse on a highway, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Bell was charged following investigation of a suspicious person complaint on East Main Street, during which he allegedly threw a beer can on a lawn.
Bell was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Robert C. Bouchard, 30, of Gouverneur, was charged April 23 with exposure of a person, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Bouchard was charged after he allegedly took down his pants to urinate on Gordon Street.
Bouchard was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Brandi L. Carter, 35, of Gouverneur, was charged April 24 with one count fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Carter was charged after she was found to be in possession of a grocery store shopping cart.
Carter was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Amanda M. House, 29, of Gouverneur, was charged April 24 with one count second-degree criminal contempt, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that House was charged for allegedly violating an existing stay-away court order.
House was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Cody J. Gladle, 29, of Gouverneur, was arrested April 25 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and driving while ability impaired, Gouverneur Police say.
Gladle was reportedly turned over to New York State Police for arraignment in Hammond Town Court.
Floyd E. House, Jr., 58, of Gouverneur, was charged April 27 with one count second-degree criminal contempt, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that House was charged for allegedly violating a restraining order issued by Gouverneur Town Court.
House was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Young and was remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail.
Crystal C. Tharrett, 47, of Gouverneur, was charged April 27 with one count first-degree criminal contempt, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Tharrett was charged after she allegedly violated a protective order by screaming at the protected party.
Tharrett was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Young and was released under supervision with a return court date.
Jeffrey A. LaRock, 70, of Gouverneur, was charged April 28 with trespass, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that LaRock was charged after he allegedly entered a property on Hailesboro street, passing posted no trespassing signs.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Harriet L. Richards, 40, of Gouverneur, was charged April 30 with trespass, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Richards was charged after she allegedly remained in a camper on Parker street after reportedly being instructed to leave.
Richards was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Dewayne E. Larue, 49, of Gouverneur, was arrested May 1 on two bench warrants for failure to appear, Gouverneur Police say.
Larue was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Young and was remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
Larue is due to appear in Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Brittney A. Barr, 33, of Gouverneur, was charged May 1 with one count first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was issued uniform traffic tickets for following too closely and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Barr was charged following investigation of a three-car motor vehicle accident on Main Street.
Barr was transported to Gouverneur Police department for processing and was released with appearance tickets returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a alter date.
Elizabeth L. Brunet, 45, of Gouverneur, was charged May 3 with petit larceny, Gouverneur Police say.
Village police report that Brunet was charged after she allegedly stole over 4,200 bottles and cans with a redemption value of approximately $211.
Brunet was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
Austin M. Shatraw, 26, of Canton, was arrested May 3 on a bench warrant for failure to appear, Gouverneur Police say.
Shatraw was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Scozzafava and was remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
