GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man was charged by state police for drug possession and other traffic violations on Jan. 18 at 2:38 p.m.
Kristopher R. Waite, 36, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and suspended registration.
He was ticketed, released, and is due back in town court at a later date.
