Genealogist to speak

OGDENSBURG – Genealogist Dale Sheldon returns to the Ogdensburg History Museum on March 23 at noon for a free presentation on tracing World War II army serial numbers. Sheldon, a seasoned expert, will guide attendees in using the National Archives database to search and read Army Morning Reports.
