Foster the Plant Cafe is located at 55 Market St., and is owned by Lynzie & Scott Schulte.
According to Foster the Plant co-owner Lynzie Schulte, the cafe began just before the COVID-19 pandemic and never held an official opening ceremony.
Their vision to provide a plant based cafe with a focus on environment, supporting local businesses, and providing healthy food options continues to motivate her and the business to grow, a release from the Chamber said.
"FTP Cafes commitment to the North Country has been and will continue to be unwavering and we want to thank all of our supporters both local and from around the rest of the country and world," the release said.
