Liberty Utilities sponsors this free annual Christmas party for the community. December 7, 2024 from 1pm-3:30pm at the Massena Moose Lodge, 4 Ames St., Massena. Snacks and Refreshments are provided. Children can make a craft that will be donated to a resident of St. Joseph's Home in Ogdensburg. The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who will be on hand. There will be face painting and tattoos and an ugly sweater contest.
