'Elbows Up' rally

OGDENSBURG – A rally celebrating U.S.-Canada friendship will be held Saturday, July 5, from 1 to 3 p.m., beginning at Ogdensburg City Hall with remarks from congressional candidate Blake Gendebien. Participants will walk to Morrisette Park to wave to Canadians across the river. A water “Friendship Flotilla” is planned, weather permitting. Organized by North Country Neighbors for Civic Engagement, the event is part of a cross-border movement promoting unity and shared values.
