Aside from a stray shower along the international border today, dry conditions are expected to dominate the weather pattern through midweek in St. Lawrence County, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Temperatures will gradually warm through late week, forecasters say.
Today’s forecast calls for cloudy skies and a high near 52 degrees. Southwest winds will range from 15 to 17 mph, with gusts up to 33 mph possible. Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around 37. Winds will shift to the west at 7 to 11 mph, with gusts reaching 22 mph.
While most of the week remains dry, a narrow band of rain could bring wet weather on Thursday. More substantial rainfall is expected over the weekend, particularly on Saturday.
Extended Forecast:
• Monday: Mostly sunny, high near 67. Southwest wind 8 to 10 mph.
