POTSDAM — A Black River resident was charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 11 Nov. 22, according to St. LawrenceCounty sheriff’s deputies.
Shyanne Foster, 27, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and released on appearance tickets, officers said.
