COLTON — A Colton woman was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing July 23 following an alleged domestic dispute, according to state police.
Allissa A. Prow, 28, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing around 9 a.m. that day after troopers responded to Fordham Hill Road for a report of a domestic.
An investigation determined Prow and the victim were involved in a verbal argument, which turned physical when Prow placed her hands around the victim’s neck to apply pressure.
Prow was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Russell Court for a later date in August.
