Cheese sampling

May is National Cheese Month, and the Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., is celebrating with a free cheese sampling event on Friday, May 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy cheeses from local makers like 1000 Islands River Rat, Meier’s, Cedar Hedge Farm, and Lively Run Goat Dairy. The event features a charcuterie-style spread with crackers, honey, fruits, chocolates, and more. Plus, enjoy 10% off select cheeses all month and a one-day cheeseboard sale on May 9.
