Canton Police Blotter, May 2-6

CANTON—Richard W. Nichols, 22, of Gouverneur, was charged May 2 with one count third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was issued a uniform traffic ticket for uninspected motor vehicle, Canton Police say.

Village police report that Nichols was charged following an investigation on Gouverneur Street.

Tickets are returnable to Canton Town Court May 12.

Emma R. Perez, 21, of Austin, TX, was issued a uniform traffic ticket May 3 for speed in zone, Canton Police say.

Village police report that Perez was charged after patrols observed her allegedly driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone on W. Main Street.

Ticket is returnable to Canton Town Court May 12.

Emily C. Siansky, 21, of Olney, MD, was issued a uniform traffic ticket May 3 for improper or unsafe turn without signal, Canton Police say.

Village police report that Siansky was ticketed following an investigation on College Street. Ticket is returnable to Canton Town Court May 12.

Carlton F. Fetcie, 23, of Ogdensburg, was issued appearance tickets May 6 for attempted fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, unreasonable noise, and resisting arrest, Canton Police say.

Village Police report that Fetcie was charged following investigation of an incident on Hodskin Street.

Tickets are returnable to Canton Town Court May 26.
