Village police report that Goodale was ticketed following an investigation on Park Street.
Ticket is returnable to Canton Town Court July 14.
Amber L. Daniels, 36, of Canton, was issued a uniform traffic ticket June 27 for throwing or depositing refuse on a highway, Canton Police say.
Village police report that Daniels was ticketed after she allegedly there refuse in the parking lot at the St. Lawrence County Highway Department.
Ticket is returnable to Canton Town Court June 14.
