CANTON – Canton Democrats will be nominating candidates for mayor, two village trustees and two town council members at a caucus slated Wednesday, June 28, at 6 p.m. in the courtroom at the Canton Municipal Building.
Besides the mayor’s seat held by Michael Dalton, village board seats up for election are Anna Sorensen and Barbara Beekman who is completing a two-year term formerly held by Carol Pynchon.
The two town board seats up for election are Robert Santamoor and Randy Brown, who is serving the remainder of Bob Washo’s term.
All registered Democrats in the town and village are encouraged to attend.
