The American Red Cross is urging St. Lawrence County residents to donate blood or platelets this spring. With travel disruptions from winter weather and upcoming holiday travel, donors of all types, especially type O and platelet donors, are needed. Donors in April can enter to win one of three $5,000 gift cards, and those who donate by April 13 will receive a $15 Amazon gift card.
