23rd annual ice fishing derby

WADDINGTON — The Sons of the American Legion Waddington Post 420 will hosting its 23rd annual ice fishing derby Saturday, Feb. 8, from sunrise until 4 p.m.

Boundaries are from Iroquois Dam to the Coles Creek Marina and all connecting water in between.

Entry fee is $25 per person, under 16 free.

Cash awards to paid registrants with the heaviest northerns announced at award ceremony, 5 p.m. at the Waddington American Legion.

Sign up at American Legion Waddington, Pig & Moo BBQ, Sugar Shack Bait & Tackle, Strike Fear Bait, Northern Harness Bait & Tackle or weigh in station at the American Legion day of the derby til 9 a.m.
