Why do some people... police, corrections officers, school principals, etc... get away with being pulled over for D.W.I.’s, and others get nailed to the wall? The law against drunk driving should be the same for everyone across the board. And is it fair for a police officer to pull someone over just because it’s 1 a.m. in a village, because their chances are pretty good the driver has been out? I have no tolerance for drinking and driving, however we all know everyone does it at least once in their life. If you’re not doing anything wrong, is it right for a police officer to pull you over? Roadblocks are different. When does it become harassment?
