It’s time the truth gets out about the Lake Ontario and St. Lawrence River floods. It’s obvious that something is going on with the alien research facility beneath the Massena Power Dam. As we all know, the dam was built to harness power for the facility. All that power they say is going elsewhere in the state is powering their equipment to disassemble and reverse engineer alien technology. Anyways, the river is flooding because they had to hold a lot of water back to cool something big. I’ve seen the fumes coming off of that place.
