GOUVERNEUR — A woman was jailed on two felonies Saturday morning following a contraband complaint made to state police.
Carly Z. Zarrillo, 25, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree introducing dangerous prison contraband into prison, both felonies, at 9:50 a.m., officers said.
She was charged at the Gouverneur Correctional Facility, 112 Scotch Settlement Road, police said.
Zarrillo was ordered held on $250 bail, police said.
