LISBON — A woman was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs on Tuesday following a property-damage accident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Sandra C. Denny, 60, was charged with DWAI: Drugs, obedience to flag person and unreasonable speed, officers said.
The alleged incident took place on State Highway 37.
Denny was determined to be under the influence of drugs by a drug recognition expert, deputies said.
She was cited and released.
