LAWRENCE — A Winthrop man was arrested Sunday following investigation of a burglary that was reported to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies Jan. 1.
Joshua D. Hartley, 34, was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny, officers said.
Hartley allegedly entered a residence unlawfully and stole a professional portrait of another individual, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Canton court and released under the supervision of probation, officers said.
