Temperatures in the North Country will be 10 to 20 degrees above normal today, tonight and tomorrow before a cold front moves in tomorrow afternoon bringing showers with it, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures today could approach 60 degrees with breezy and gusty conditions under sunny skies.

By early Friday, the front is expected to move through the area and temps will return to more normal levels, accompanied by a chance of rain or snow showers.

And by Friday night, temperatures will plunge into the teens again, and will stay near or below freezing, under clear skies, through Saturday night.

Gusty winds are expected to stay with us through Friday.

Sunday is expected to be sunny with highs in the mid-40s.
