POTSDAM — The Village of Potsdam held a downtown rally Wednesday for its 2019 Downtown Revitalization Initiative proposal.
The rally for the community was aimed at celebrating downtown Potsdam and to send the proposal off in style.
Local officials and residents gathered around 6:30 p.m. at the Ives Park Gazebo.
There were local speakers including Clarkson President Tony Collins, Town Councilwoman Toni Kennedy; Kelly Chezum, vice president for external relations at Clarkson, and village Mayor Ron Tischler.
Also, a final presentation on the Downtown Revitalization Initiative proposal was made.
