POTSDAM — A Massena man faces drug charges following a traffic stop after leaving his car running in a parking lot unattended with loud music playing, according to Potsdam police.
Devin J. Riley, 23, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unattended vehicle with engine running and unnecessary noise, offices said.
Riley was allegedly found in possession of marijuana and prescription pills, officers said.
He was cited at 11:24 p.m. and released.
