GOUVERNEUR – Three Gouverneur area men have been arrested on felony charges for allegedly stealing a vehicle, according to state police.
Harold R. Clement, 24, Gouverneur, Casey E. Garlough, 31, Gouvenreur, and Jamie O. Curcio, 31, Harrisville, were all charged with criminal possession of stolen property fourth degree-property valued at more than $1,000 and illegal possession of a vehicle identification number, police said.
Clement and Curcio were held following their arrest. Garlough was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Clement and Garlough were arrested Friday; Curcio was charged on Saturday.
