Temps will continue to climb this week with an eventual high near 50 on Thursday in St. Lawrence County, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Today’s high will be near 29 with partly sunny skies and winds of 8 to 11 miles per hour, forecasters say. Overnight the low will around 11 with light winds.
Wednesday will warm up to about 36 with a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 5 p.m., the service says. Temps will remain warm for winter overnight with a low of 33 expected.
Showers and temps of 50 degrees could melt some snow on Thursday, according to forecasters predictions.
Rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow are all possible Friday night and Saturday morning, NWS says.

A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 5pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 36. South wind 3 to 6 mph.

Showers likely. Cloudy, with a low around 42. South wind 11 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Friday
Rain before 5pm, then rain and sleet. High near 48. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
