GOUVERNEUR — An unnamed teen was charged with assault last month after allegedly stabbing another student with a pencil, according to Gouverneur police.
The 15-year old was charged with assault May 14 following the May 11 incident, officers said.
The juvenile reportedly stabbed the other student in the neck. The victim required stitches, officers said.
The teen will face family court actions, police said.
