High pressure over the North Country will continue to provide fair and dry conditions through Sunday with warm afternoon highs and seasonably cool overnight lows in St. Lawrence County, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

An upper low moving east from the Great Lakes will bring a round of showers early Monday morning through Tuesday, with high pressure returning for the middle of next week, the service says.

Highs today will be in the upper 70s with mostly cloud skies, forecasters say. An overnight low of 52 is likely.

On Saturday, North Country residents can expect highs in the lower 80s and sunny skies, NWS says. Highs will be in the 80s again on Sunday.
