St. Lawrence County students have free access to digital books

Are your kids looking for ebooks or audiobooks? If your child attends school in St. Lawrence County, they have free access to digital books through Sora!

Sora is a “virtual school library” and all the popular books are there. The collection includes titles and subjects like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Roblox, Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, Curious George, Guinness World Records, sports, dinosaurs, teen fiction, picture books, and MUCH, MUCH more. They are all free to check out!

Ready to explore Sora for yourself? Just go to http://bit.ly/123Sora or download the Sora app.

You can get to Sora on any internet connected device (phone, tablet, Chromebook, computer).

Students can select their school district from the drop down menu and then login with their school email address and email password (note: except Brasher Falls and Hermon-Dekalb, who login with their computer ID and password). Once you are signed in, you can even download books for offline use.

Sora is provided by local school districts and the St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES School Library System.

If you have any questions or need help, contact your school librarian or Natalie Panshin (npanshin@sllboces.org or 315-386-4504 x10201) at the School Library System.
